Incognito

Incognito marks the beginning of BTC’s site-specific work. Commissioned by Big Dance 2008, Incognito is an undercover / guerrilla dance theatre piece based on the concept that you never know what the person next to you is capable of.

The piece forced people to challenge their preconceptions of what a dancer should look and act like, and provided a performance that surprised and entertained people in a variety of venues from shopping centres to tourist hotspots.

Incognito is a versatile piece that can emerge from many different environments, and a peice that Bad Taste Cru are always willing to revisit.
